Qualifications:

Job Summary
A Finance & Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the financial resources and liquidity of an organization. They analyze treasury data, develop cash flow forecasts, and make recommendations to improve cash management strategies. They monitor and manage day to day treasury risks. Additionally, they will be involved in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions. This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of banking services and instruments, as well as a commitment to Trilogy's Team Approach Works Best philosophy.

Roles and Responsibilities

*  Completes and reconciles daily cash reporting; bank vs. book.

*  Reviews and monitors cash flow and reporting including but not limited to, daily cash requirements, cash receipts and payments, financial obligations, etc.

*  Supports Trilogy personnel in banking related issues.

*  Stages daily wire transfer requests and provides support to departments outside treasury for payment process procedures and approvals.

*  Completes daily bank deposits.

*  Assists with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance testing.

*  Prepares financial analysis requests for bank, HUD, lease or REIT partner.

*  Provides due diligence support for business acquisitions or divestitures as directed.

*  Completes regular ad hoc requests as necessary.

*  Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities.

*  Supports campuses, departmental goals and objectives of the Company.

*  Demonstrates financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s) authorized and incurred by the Company.

*  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
