Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

* 
* This position reports to the Business Financial Systems Manager and ensures that financial operations comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. This role involves monitoring financial transactions, batch jobs, & financial processes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to implement compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

* 
* Serves as the compliance lead for ERP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with SOX and other financial regulations.
* Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
* Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
* Monitor transactions and financial records to detect irregularities
* Monitor and test internal controls over Financial reporting and support remediations.
* Assist in regulatory reporting and filings.
* Provide guidance and training on compliance-related matters.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and investigations.
* Provide support to compliance and auditors, including significant research, data mining/reports, and resolution of business systems questions as required.
* Stay updated on financial laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Maintain daily business systems and support implementation of system changes.
* Collect organizational data to improve systems and processes.
* Troubleshoot business systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately.
* Develop and maintain user procedure documentation.
* Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various levels of leadership
* Performs other duties, assignments and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* 
* Education / Certifications: 
* Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Finance, Accounting/Business, or related and at least (3) years' years of experience in financial compliance, audit, or risk management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience: 
* 3+ year(s) of ERP Experience desired at a publicly traded company.
* Knowledge of financial regulations such as SOX, IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant standards.
* Previous government, Cost, and DoD experience preferred
* Background in IT general Controls (ITGCs) and applications controls
* Hands-on experience with ERP FICO modules

* Other Requirement:
* United States citizenship required.

* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team - self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude
* Proficiency in compliance and financial reporting software is a plus
* Adaptability to changing business needs and requirements
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving both user and system related issues

* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $ 70,000 - 115,000

* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
