The Finance Systems Analyst works as a part of the Finance Systems and Solutions team performing recurring system maintenance, daily task/ticket management and resolution, and development for projects related to OneStream.  This position is responsible for overall administration of the OneStream application including daily maintenance, metadata updates and security. This position will also support corporate users in day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues and providing training sessions as necessary.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate pays great attention to detail, can analyze complex business problems, and is comfortable documenting requirements and outcomes of technical enhancements.  In addition, he/she is focused on business needs, quality solutions, and data-driven decisions.  The ability to participate in the organization of department timelines and follow up with team members or internal customers is crucial.

Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
* Basic understanding of system administration
* Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both financial and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design
* Solid ability to positively interact with varying skill sets within the company
* Demonstrated history of balancing multiple deliverables with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
