Responsibilities: * Provide consultation to Cost Accounting and worldwide cross-functional teams on costing, inventory accounting & management to ensure financial accuracy & compliance. * Lead and support integration of Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture projects, enterprise projects and business initiatives. * Drive and support process improvement projects that help improve business process performance and efficiency. * Partner closely with business/order fulfillment and provide financial analysis and accounting support. * Lead team members to ensure excellent operations and meet or exceed KPIs. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration; OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA). * A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, with typically 4 to 5 years' practical experience in business support, ideally in a global manufacturing environment. * Ability to manage projects across geographies and functions. * Experience in Oracle and cost accounting. * Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner. * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
