Responsibilities:
* To support Keysight Technologies Cost Accounting Hub operation.
* Performing monthly financial close activities for cost accounting processes.
* Working closely with business partners or inventory business owners to achieve operational goals and improve internal controls on inventory management.
* Providing variance analysis and accounting-related reports to business partners or inventory business owners.
* Participate / support internal, external and SOX process audits, walk-through and / or reviews.
* Support corporate / enterprise projects related to inventory or ERP upgrades.
* Documenting and updating cost accounting processes, procedures and key controls in line with US GAAP & SOX.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration; OR Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC environment or an international accounting firm.
* Good leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze, interprets, summarize and articulate financial data in a clear and concise manner.
* Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP System will be an added advantage.
