				Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial planning and analysis activities for the Print and Aftermarket Business Unit (BU). This individual will partner with the GM of the BU to provide financial consulting as well as operational and strategic support. This individual's responsibilities include, but are not limited to financial reporting and analysis, preparation and management of the operating budget, capital appropriation and financial forecasts consistent with Zebra's vision, values, strategic plan, and short and long-term goals and objectives. This function acts as one of the analytical engines of the company to provide insights to support "optimal" business decision making.

Responsibilities:

* Leads staff and project activities for applicable function(s). Manages professional level finance staff and may manage other management level employees.
* Utilizes expertise and knowledge to select, develop and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
* Manages complex budget and critical process improvements for function.
* Recommends strategy and changes for development of improved policy and procedures.
* Builds and maintains relationships with company management. Works closely and partners with senior leadership of function.
* Manages the staff review of month-end closing activities and the preparation of applicable financial statements.
* Strategically integrates applicable financial practices, procedures and process improvements in accordance with relevant financial bodies standards and regulations.
* Manages processes to ensure the accurate analysis of inventory valuation and reporting of financial data.
* Manages evaluation of applicable financial processes and impact of operational decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. 
* 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Skills & Competencies: 

* Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferred
* Prior management/supervisory experience preferred
* Experience with complex Accounting issues
* Advanced Excel and database skills
* Advanced experience with ERP systems
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Demonstrated ability to interface with management levels across functions
