Overview: Our investment in the future needs those with an eye on the bottom line, and our Financial organization plays a vital role in supporting our game-changing ideas with creative solutions to complex problems. Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Financial Analysis team as they operate and improve subscriber profitability models * Evaluate subscriber facing offers for profitability and financial risks * Manage and optimize EchoStar's MVNO costs * Assist operational groups with financial modeling, revenue and cost forecasting, and ad hoc analysis * Perform financial and strategic analyses in collaboration with operating groups to improve performance for all areas of the business * Assist with M&A activity by conducting due diligence and creating forward looking financial and valuation models * Interpret financial data and communicate conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders * Create and deliver financial presentations to upper management Qualifications: Education and Experience: * MBA, MS-Finance, or other related Master's degree is preferred, but not required * 5+ years prior work experience is preferred, with management experience Skills and Qualifications: * Established leadership skills and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling * Strong understanding of valuation and other key finance concepts * Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analysis abilities * Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials Visa sponsorship not available for this role
