We are seeking a high-impact Finance Manager to lead our internal and external reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to the CFO and Board of Directors. Operating under aggressive timelines, you must be more than a modeler; we need a "steady hand"-someone who can orchestrate complex consolidations and maintain composure while delivering clear, actionable narratives to investors and executives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly/quarterly Board packages and external investor presentations, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
* Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to provide real-time insights on consolidated performance and the macro climate

* Own the consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts to support long-term financial goals
* Execute rapid, data-driven analysis for executive inquiries, identifying trends and key variance drivers

* Build deep trust with Accounting and other departments to ensure a seamless close process and accurate data gathering
* Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve the speed and quality of reporting deliverables
* Stay grounded and solution-oriented when timelines shrink and requirements change
* Organize workflows, create structure and eliminate chaos
* Translate complex data into clear insights that influence executive decision-making

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

* Strong undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA is a plus
* 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Capital Markets, Private Equity or Investment Banking; Experience with publicly traded companies is highly preferred
* Experience within subscriber-based businesses (wireless, telecom, cable or broadband) is strongly preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

* Elite Excel skills with a background in complex 3-statement modeling
* Proficiency in financial systems is required; experience with SQL, Access or OneStream is a major plus
* Expert-level capability in PowerPoint with experience developing executive and board-level decks
* Strong capability in variance analysis with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
* Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and aggressive deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of building trust across all levels of the organization
