Requirements: Previous relevant experience or Academic Finance Bcakground

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare, verify and issue VAT invoices to clients in a timely manner.
* Perform reconciliation between NAV system invoices and VAT invoices.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and take care of output VAT monthly/quarterly reconciliation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies issue if any.
* Support other ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed
* Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or tax handling
* Familiairty with accounting software (e.g., NAV) is a plus
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
* Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
* Working Proficiency in English is required
