Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment * Provide Center of Excellence and Industry Solution Gross Margin & Inventory Analysis * Support Controller and be a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager. * Deliver business performance analysis and narratives with focus on revenue, cost of sales, MOH, variances, inventory, capital budget, headcount. * Handle all Order Fulfillment related month end activities such as revenue recognition booking, inventory & COS accruals.. * Partner with Cost Accounting team and engage in the semi annual standard cost setting. * Support controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi-annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN). * Provide support on NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis * Study and implement relevant process to improve efficiency * Develop, coordinate, lead and analyze ad-hoc projects and operational analysis * Contribute ideas and solutions to a variety of operations related issues. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 6+ years work experience * Strong communication, analysis and presentation skills * Working knowledge in Oracle ERP, Power BI & Microsoft Excel.
