What You'll Do

*  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electro‑mechanical systems supporting industrial, maritime, and mission‑critical operations in the Hampton Roads region.

*  Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals during field repairs and installations.

*  Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to verify system performance.

*  Travel for overnight assignments while supporting customers across Virginia and the East Coast.

*  Communicate professionally with customers, document service actions, and follow safety and compliance standards.

What You Bring

*  Electro‑mechanical troubleshooting experience from military, maritime, aviation, or industrial roles.

*  Ability to read and apply technical documentation and use diagnostic instruments.

*  Flexibility for frequent travel and customer‑facing work.

*  Strong communication and professionalism in the field.
