Overview:
Location: East of Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Field Services Manager for a full time role. This role will require traveling to client sites to support installation, maintenance, and repairs. Travel can be up to 75% at times.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Switchgear Product Execution PMO department
* Provide tactical guidance and strategic leadership to the project management team executing all switchgear product orders including Gas Circuit Breakers, MV GIS and HV GIS
* Create process flow mapping to ensure consistency of execution across PM's
* Responsible for revenue and margin goals for department
* Advise senior leadership on staffing requirements with future backlog
* Ensure continuous improvement feedback loop
* Travel to customer and project sites as required
* Develop and evaluate current team of five project managers and coordinators
* Project budgetary performance of contractual scope of work obligations
* Submit and schedule performance per contract and communication to customer stakeholders
* Initial point of contact for all Warranty claims
* Responsible for estimating costs for services with support from HICO Procurement
* Support review of final bid package as requested
* Attend project site and alliance meetings with customers as directed
Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Science in engineering, supply chain, or business from an accredited university. (preferred)
Experience Qualifications:
* Ten (10) years of Management experience
* Minimum of Five (5) years managing Medium & High Voltage switchgear projects for OEM, Electric Utilities, etc...
* Must be willing to travel 50%
