Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer to handle installation, demonstration, and customer training of analytical instruments like HPLC systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge along with effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and commissioning of analytical instruments (HPLC systems).
* Conducting product demonstrations for customers.
* Providing training on instrument hardware and relevant software (e.g., Empower).
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at customer sites.
* Ensuring proper documentation of installation and service activities.
* Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
* B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
* Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation industry.
* Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
