This role requires advanced troubleshooting, independent installations, and full-spectrum support of imaging systems in healthcare environments. What You'll Do: * Independently install, calibrate, and repair X-ray and mammography systems * Perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs * Provide technical training and operational guidance to end users * Collaborate with OEMs and healthcare professionals to ensure uptime and compliance * Serve as a field expert for imaging equipment performance and system support * Travel within territory and occasionally support regional/national projects * Contribute to business development through client relationship management What You'll Need (Requirements): * Associate degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related field, or comparable industry experience * 2-3 years of field service experience with general X-ray and mammography equipment * In-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools, OEM specs, and medical device safety standards * Strong analytical and independent troubleshooting skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel regionally to assit other engineers
