Overview: IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED Field Service Technician Full Time Position with Generous Benefits Package $80-85K first year DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales offices * Utilizes hand tools and test equipment, such as multimeters, to perform work * Effectively communicates technical issues and findings with the Engineering Department * Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers * Supports sales for product demonstrations * Provides a range of known solutions to problems * Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems * May be required to provide after-hours phone troubleshooting support * Will be asked to travel extensively, nationwide * Build and maintain customer relationships * Performs other duties, as assigned by the manager * Able to book own travel with credit card (reimbursed weekly) * Must live within 1 hour of a major airport REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with industrial and commercial electrical systems * Knowledge or experience of industrial mechanical systems preferred, but not necessary * Expert knowledge of supplied machinery (company provides extensive training) * Requires travel up to 100% of the time, inclusive of consecutive overnights, between 10-14 days * Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed records * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel ***VETERANS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY***
