Responsibilities:

* Providing both On-site and Remote support to EMT Customer Install Base
* Technical Support for customers with i3070/i1000/i7090 & Functional Test System
* Repair of i3070/i1000/i7090 & Functional Test System at customer premises
* Calibration and Maintenance of i3070/i1000/i7090 & Functional Test System
* Part Verification for customer ordering replacement part  
* Perform Site-Preparation and Site-Verification before system installation
* Perform new system installation and commissioning of i3070/i1000/i7090 & Function Test System
* Raise CIRF for OBD & DOA Case
* Conduct Customer Training for Hardware Maintenance for i3070/i1000/i7090 & Functional Test System
* Software support such as software installation, licensing support, software updates and patches

* Customer management and account review 
* Adequate computing skills such as Windows & Microsoft Office products
* Basic soft skill & communication techniques
* Work with Sales Team on Customized deal & Solution
* Work with customer to identify root cause for technical issue and provide diagnosis resolution to resolve issue
* Work with R&D with technical feedback on product/test system engineering team for system enhancement to meet market or industrial standard
* Provide technical guidance to both junior team member and partner engineers
* Regional Expertise escalation point to work with Division or R&D team for escalated cases
