We are seeking a dedicated and experienced onsite resident professional to join our team and provide specialized support to our key customers. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring service delivery completion on time, with high quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will also address any technical challenges that may arise onsite. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, high power battery and charging solution expertise, calibration, repair and troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Troubleshooting: Provide onsite technical support for troubleshooting issues with Scienlab battery and charging test solutions, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
* Repair, Calibration and Maintenance: Coordinate and conduct onsite repair, calibration and maintenance on Scienlab battery and charging test solutions, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
* Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all Scienlab battery and charging test solutions-related inquiries.
* System Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of customer systems, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
* Issue Escalation: Manage escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for supporting Scienlab battery and charging test solutions.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Specialized training or certification in high power management, battery technology or energy storage systems is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role for automotive customers focused on high power battery test, charging test or similar technologies.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automotive battery test and charging principles, and related measurement techniques.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively. Good written english skills are perferred.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* High-Pressure Management: Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
