Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Experienced Field Marketing Specialist with knowledge and expertise of B2B marketing channels and demand generation best practices in the Benelux.

Working closely with the regional and global Marketing team, you will help to create, enable, deliver and execute impactful end-to-end marketing programs to drive awareness and develop qualified pipeline for SoftwareOne's sales team. Being digital savvy, metric- and data driven, possessing strong project and stakeholder management skills will make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement global and local strategies for executing the marketing and communication strategy/customer and/or buyer journey within the responsible areas/domain(s)
* Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and lead generation for different industry groups & cross service lines of SoftwareOne from start to finish
* Monitor the communication strategy and manage the content calendar 
* Support sales in improving the customer journey 
* Align with department leads to develop or implement marketing campaigns 
* Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to collect input for content in relation to marketing campaigns 
* Plan, monitor, manage and report on our social media channels with a clear focus on LinkedIn both for general brand awareness and to support specific campaigns 
* Create organic content for these channels and take responsibility for the sharing of relevant global content 
* Create and nurture flows to support campaigns and track the effectiveness of these towards sales handover 
* Monitor the health of (email) marketing lists and come up with creative ways to encourage people to opt in while ensuring GDPR compliance  

Qualifications:

* ca 4 - 7 years of field and events marketing experience, ideally within IT (software or service provider) 
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever changing environment with ambitious deadlines
* Experience with and solid knowledge of digital advertising, with strong foundation in SEO, SEA, CRO, etc.
* Data-driven marketer who has the passion to learn and adapt to best practices from the industry  
* Ability to translate and adapt global marketing strategy to local program and campaigns
* Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365) preferred 
* You thrive in a team-driven environment and collaboration
* The drive to improve professionally 
* Fluent in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing. French is a pre
