You'll be side by side with customers, leading with the science and discovery, ensuring they not only understand but also love using our cutting-edge tools and software to support the development and release of groundbreaking therapies.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and expertise to customers implementing light scattering instruments in regulated labs.
* Co-develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for ensuring optimal use and compliance of light scattering instruments.
* Assist customers in building out robust QC workflows, including method development, validation, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate technical documentation and standard operating procedures tailored to QC applications.
* Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and optimize instrument performance.
* Support the sales team by delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, focusing on QC use cases.
* Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and trade shows, promoting the use of light scattering technologies in QC applications.

Qualifications:

* Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience working in an applications or field-based role like service or sales.
* Hands-on experience with light scattering instruments and a strong understanding of their application in regulated settings.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to train and support teams in implementing analytical instrumentation.
* Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, USP, ICH) and method validation requirements is highly preferred
* 25% travel
