Responsibilities & Duties:
* Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, to promote preventive health and wellness and treat conditions in a patient-centered setting.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, coordinate referrals, and engage in community health initiatives to improve overall patient outcomes.

Education:
* Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
* Completion of an accredited residency program required
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
* Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
* Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
* Current DEA license required
