Highlights
* Provide Patient Care at two Novant Health Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Greater Charlotte area
* Monday through Friday: 8-5pm with Flexible scheduling
* Work with SNF team to facilitate care coordination
* EPIC EMR with Dragon copilot
* Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required
