Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. * Manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform preventative care, and offer health education. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. * Maintain accurate and timely medical records. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. * Licensed to practice medicine in Texas. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
