Responsibilities:

CHI Health and Medical Group Enterprise is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-practice healthcare system.  This opportunity is well suited for a Family Medicine Physician that thrives in a fast paced environment with passion to deliver quality patient care to all ages. 

* Outpatient Practice 
* Full specialty support
* 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
* EPIC EMR
* Limited telephone call only; including after hours nurse triage line
* Superb support staff of experienced providers nurses and administration
