Responsibilities: CHI St. Gabriel's Health is actively recruiting a Physician to join our well established clinic in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position is in direct response to expanding services needs of the vibrant communities we serve. The ideal candidate for this position will be: * Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine w/ OB Physician * Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting * Full time 40-hour work week * Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills * Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model * Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities * This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations We offer a robust compensation packages which includes: * Base salary * Quality incentives * Paid relocation * An excellent benefit package*- comprised of matching 403b, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid professional liability insurance, and much more Responsibilities * Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. * Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. * Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. * Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. * Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. * Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training. Qualifications: * American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty * A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
