Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is growing our Family Medicine OB network to provide outstanding care to the patients we serve in the beautiful town of Livingston. Livingston is a lively, growing, & energetic community with many amenities.
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Family Medicine-OB Physician to join our thriving practice in Livingston, Texas. Due to significant community growth, we offer an immediate opportunity to step into a busy, supportive environment alongside experienced providers. We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates. Visa sponsorship (J1 & H1B) available.
Practice Snapshot:
* Team: Join one FM-OB and one FM provider. Supported by 1 LVN, 1 MA, plus front desk.
* Volume: Average 22-24 patients/day in clinic; 15-20 deliveries/month (can reach 20-30).
* Caseload: Handle a mix of vaginal deliveries and C-sections (2-3/month), basic procedures, birth control, circumcisions. Neonatal resuscitation as needed. Ability to perform D&C is a plus, but not required.
* Schedule: 4 clinic days/week, plus admin & C-section time. Flexible scheduling encouraged.
* Call: 5 days of call included in compensation, additional days paid at $800/day. Low hospital volume (~30 min/day).
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
* Competitive Salary plus wRVU production bonus + annual quality incentive
* Additional Pay: Signing bonus, relocation assistant, APP supervision stipends, $800/day for extra call.
* Loan Forgiveness: Qualify for state & national programs.
* Comprehensive Benefits (Day 1): Medical, Dental, Vision (low premium), retirement: 401(a) with 4% auto contribution + dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% (total 8% employer contribution).
* Time Off: 22 days PTO (increases to 33 after 5 years), 4 float days, 7 paid holidays.

Responsibilities:
* Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications:
* MD/DO Degree
* Completed ACGME residency and completion of OB track
* Active, or the ability to obtain, unrestricted Texas license
* American Board Certification and BLS (active).
