Responsibilities: Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitoner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you! Practice Highlights: * 100% Outpatient model; no call * Full-time, flexible scheduling: 4 or 5-day work week available * Desirable work-life balance: One location, no holidays, no weekends, no extended hours * Competitive total compensation package * Excellent schools, affordable real estate, access to outdoor recreation * Live & work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, & Lake Tahoe Competitive Compensation and Benefits: * Salary range: $145,000- $165,000/Yr plus bonus incentives * Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance * Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance, and more Qualifications: * A minimum of 9+ months post-training Primary Care experience * A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California * Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare) * Completion of state mandated educational courses
