The Glenmore Distillery has been a fixture in the Owensboro Community since the late 1800s. During Prohibition, The Glenmore Distillery was fortunate enough to be one of four distilleries in the country allowed to operate on a limited scale for medicinal necessity.
In March of 2009 the Sazerac Company purchased the distillery and reprised the name The Glenmore Distillery. The distillery boasts one of the largest and most modern bottling facilities in the country and continues to be a sizable employer in the city of Owensboro, KY.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Manager (Facility Manager) oversees the facility's physical infrastructure, ensuring it remains safe, functional, and efficient. They are responsible for the site utilities (Boiler, Air Compressor, HVAC and RO system), building management, Barrel Warehouse maintenance. Additionally, they provide electrical support (excluding IT) and lead capital projects and budget planning. This role includes supervising and supporting teams to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications:
MUST
* Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and related compliance experience
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
* 5 years experience in the completion and management of Cap Ex plans and budgets, at least
PREFERRED
* 5 years Experience managing in a union environment
