Responsibilities: * Be at least 18 years of age * Good communication skills * Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English * Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints * Self-motivated * Team Player * Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules Qualifications: * General facility cleaning * Light Maintenance (soft water salt, a/c filter changes, light bulbs etc.) * Maintaining work vehicles, equipment, etc. * Landscaping (mowing, trimming, sprinkler system) * Other duties as assigned
