Facility Electrical Engineer is responsible for performing activities associated with all area equipment, process and training from all HVAC and building aspects. Engineer is responsible for improvement of his area aspects, troubleshooting nonstandard events in production line. Additionally, he or she is responsible for relevant measurements on all facility equipment and process machines. Developing maintenance method and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data and KPIs. Key activities for this position is preparation of proper recourse (spare parts list, maintenance method, technical working hours) to support a proactive. This role will work closely with Facility and Maintenance management, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians, Automations Engineers, Maintenance Planners and Operations teams to plan, coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. This will help prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and disruption to production activities. He will be also responsible for supporting Technicians in daily operational business.
In this role, you will
* Take a role of technical SME on designated areas
* Routine maintenance related to utilities issues on facility and production areas,
* Assist facility or and maintenance team to reducing downtime issues, safety, etc.
* Availability to work independent.
* Support Facility and Technical teams on Root Cause Analysis, Failure Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
* Create and perform/support PM activities on all electrical aspects
* Relevant measurements on all facility equipment and process machines.
* Availability to work independent.
* Prepare plan of training for technical team
* Support team of Maintenance Technical planners.
* Perform equipment quality audits to identify and document job requirements
* Estimate required work hours associated with work order tasks and total work duration
* Plan parts and materials to maximize technician wrench time, improve efficiency, increase system reliability and performance,
* Analyzes the Top Five equipment failures. Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues.
* Validate equipment information into a job package that is ready for technicians; clearly communicate the critical steps in the work process
* Support organization in improvements projects
* Collect necessary engineering drawings, technical documents and specifications
* Analyze equipment downtime
* Communicates with Facility and Maintenance Managers, Technicians and Automations Engineers regarding ideas and procedures that will enhance and optimize future work activities
* Keep 5S on Maintenance workplace.
* Cooperate with vendors
In this role, you'll need:
* College degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent job experience
* Min 4 years or above experience in similar position.
* English B2
* Solid knowledge of electrical aspects on High and medium Voltage and strong hands on ability on problem solving.
* Understanding of Electrical diagrams on high level;
* Troubleshooting of Electrical systems on independent expert level ;
* High knowledge in breakdown analysis.
* Solid knowledge of utility aspects (Compress Air, Gaz, HVAC, Waste Water Treatment plant), understanding of Pneumatics, HVAC diagrams on high level will be an adventage
Mechanical
* Mastering of common mechanical transmission, adjustment and maintenance;
* Strong awareness and ability of corrective improvement;
Others:
* Used to work under pressure
* Good Team work;
* Assist supervisor in maintaining of spare parts through reviewing timely to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation;
* Assist supervisor in executing improvement plan, continuous improvement to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company's goals;
* Accept overtime tasks during new project or machine breakdown.
* Communicate effectively at all levels orally and in writing
* Strong execution, responsibility, self-learning ability on working
* Ability to complete the work arranged by the manager and supervisor on time, and feedback;
* Willing to study new knowledge and share troubleshooting experience;

WORK ENVIRONMENT DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Extensive use of computer and peripheral computer equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will work on facility and production areas using handheld tools or a computer.
