Responsibilities:

* Must promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with. 
* Effectively responds to supervisor's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.  Assists other departments as necessary and coordinates activity appropriately. Complies with all reasonable requests made by management. 
* Participates in all safety and emergency drills. Ensures that all safety equipment is in operating order. Takes appropriate action to secure unsafe areas so as to protect patrons and employees. 
* Performs repairs or maintenance as necessary to ensure that the facility complies with OSHA, fire, and safety standards. Maintains a clean and safe workplace, including facility shops, working areas, and tool/equipment storage areas. 
* Conducts visual, manual, and/or Auditory inspections and testing of machinery, equipment, appliances, and structures as needed. Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. 
*  Conducts walk through to check all lights and ensures they are working properly. Replaces light bulbs, ballasts, transformers, starters, and sockets as needed. 
*  Cleans and maintains heaters, air conditioning units, air handlers, filters, belts, coils, and all components in or related to such units. 
* Performs tasks to ensure the attractive and safe physical appearance of the facility such as snow removal, sweeping, cleaning, debris removal, landscaping, and power washing of sidewalks, drives, and parking areas. 
* Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the facility and its contents by performing miscellaneous tasks such as painting, gluing, fabricating, and cleaning.  
* Installs, maintains, replaces, and repairs plumbing including but not limited to toilets, sinks, sewage lines, ruptured or leaking lines, and clogged drains and toilets. 
*  Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. 
* Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment. 
* Performs functions as necessary to ensure that the facility remains balanced and floating, including maintenance and repairs of the tug and associated components. 
* Assists in all other repairs and maintenance work as assigned. 
*  Complies with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); with one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
*  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  
* Ability to apply common mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.  
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  
*  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 
* Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to talk.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.   
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.   
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.  
* The employee frequently works in high precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.  The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration.
