Responsibilities:

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekends as needed but not usual)

The Corporate Services Maintenance Staff will be responsible for all functions of Keefe Corporate building maintenance. The position will work with the Asset Supervisor to maintain building cleanliness and order, both inside and outside. The Maintenance Staff will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall functionality and safety of our facilities.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

* Perform assigned weekly inspections and building rounds.
* Implement strategies to maintain building cleanliness and order both inside and outside the building.
* Perform necessary functions of building maintenance at Keefe Corporate including determining the need for and tracking the progress of 3rd party contractors.
* Track completion of all daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance as scheduled.
* Report any unsafe conditions or property damage to supervisor immediately.
* Reorganize and maintain all storage areas currently being used within the corporate facility including but not limited to conference rooms, common areas and restrooms.
* Assist with shipping and receiving as needed including but not limited to processing all outgoing and inbound packages and distributing them to the correct persons, department, or mail room.
* Recognize and correct building issues.
* Complete miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned by the Asset Supervisor and other members of the Corporate Services team.
* Inspect and maintain the conditions of the landscaping, furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, lighting, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other essential equipment.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Fork truck certified
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well with minimal supervision and with ever-changing priorities.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Strong organization skills to complete tasks consistently and in a timely manner.
