Responsibilities: How you'll make an impact in this role * Conducts routine inspections, testing, and manufacturer-specified preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures. * Fixes or replaces faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment, including clearing obstructed lines and repairing leaking fixtures. * Performs daily checks and repairs on specialized equipment like nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear (wheelchairs). * Manages the receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials, furniture, equipment, and files between storage and active locations. * Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment (PPE) and completes safety checks to ensure full compliance with regulatory codes. Qualifications: Must have one or more of the following: * Graduate of trade school * 2 years' experience * Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience #MFMBM
