				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Assist with project tracking processes, including creating spreadsheets, reports and working with vendors/contractors to collect information to report on project status;
* Reports to the Global Head of Facilities and also works closely with other Facilities Leadership on ongoing project administration duties, participating in regular meetings and creating/updating reports;
* Supports finance tracking tasks with project budgets and spend, keeps detailed records throughout lifespan of projects;
* Acts as system administrator for Facilities technology platforms
* Facilities Work Order/Asset Management System
* Space Planning and Lease Management System
* Utilities System data input and reporting
* Microsoft Teams and SharePoint administration
* Internal Training & Development system administration

* Supports multiple members of Facilities Leadership and coordinates information and trackers for multiple projects;
* Assists with creation and upkeep of online training content and training platform for Facilities team members;
* Provides assistance and follow up on finance, IT and other inter-department inquiries on project related budget and details;
* Participates in project and department meetings, takes minutes and updates trackers accordingly;
* Other projects and administrative duties as assigned by Facilities Management.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent;
* Experience Office support/administration function;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to proactively identify issues with systems and processes and develop solutions for process improvement;
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills and overall knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred;
* Exceptional team work skills;
* Self-starter with ability to work independently.
