Are you looking for an opportunity to use your skills to work with individuals emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges? 

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for our residential campus.  

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities in regards to the real estate, property and managing the maintenance staff including one housekeeper; they plan, budget, and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. Additionally, they also handle all of the construction projects, ensuring that all operations are in compliance with JCAHO, HRS and all applicable regulations.  

Position Details:

Salary:  Starts at $51,000 - $58,140 (rate increases based on education and relevant experience)

Schedule: full time

Qualifications:

Education:

* Relevant Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction or personnel management required
* or Combination of applicable experience including 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years' experience in facilities required
* or Combination of expereince and construction management preferably in a health care setting with relevant vocational course work or licensing or certification required

Schedule:

* Must be able to complete a two-week-day (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations are offered in Titusville, FL.

Other Requirements:

* Valid Florida driver's license
* Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
