Responsibilities:

**SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE**

Carry out general maintenance functions to assure clients and staff a safe and comfortable environment.

* Required Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
* Ensure that high standards of safety are developed, met and maintained at the facility 
* Ensure that facility and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations
* Ensure that equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or arrange for replacement
* Arrange for or provide training for staff and clients as relates to safety and maintenance topics.
* Perform all job functions in a safe manner to minimize risk of injury to self and others.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years building systems maintenance experience
* Current driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

* Vocational or Technical Training
