From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
* Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition
* Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
* Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
* Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Weekly Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
