Responsibilities: * Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns. * Weeding and mulching landscape beds. * Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs. * Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees and plants. * Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees. * Watering lawns and landscapes. * Monitoring and maintaining plant health. * Report safety issues and property damage to supervisor. * Report and return lost property. * Maintain a positive relationship with employees, students, tenants, and guests. * Assist Facilities Technicians with set-ups and take-downs when needed. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects as needed under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
