Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. We ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Move, arrange, and dismantle furniture, partitions, and equipment according to event floor plans and client specifications
* Work with event organizers, vendors, and staff to fulfill specific event requirements, providing professional customer service
* Assist and have availability 24/7 with Snow Removal Processes
* Impact own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follow procedures and receive regular supervision
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
* While performing the duties and essential functions of this job, the employee is exposed to computer equipment and noise levels of a typical office environment, with the requisite level of noise associated with 50 or more employees working in the same physical location
* Other duties as required; this list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position
* Has a drive to learn new skill sets as they pertain to our Facilities team as a whole
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Previous experience with event set up is preferred
* Previous experience setting up and/or moving office furniture is preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
* Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience
* Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine problems; has limited discretion
* Ability to use tools and equipment as directed
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating, maintenance and procedure instructions and safety rules
* Ability to write routine reports and use email
