Overview:
Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. We ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
* Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition
* Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
* Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities
* Create employee badges for suite
* Coordinate/terminate new employee badges navigating the Facilities Portal
* Minor janitorial duties (event clean up/tear down)
* Coverage of reception area (greeting guests, allowing site access, signing in visitors, issues badges)
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required
* Ability to utilize basic functions of Google Suite and/or MS Office
* Ability to use basic hand and power tools
* Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
