Overview: Location: Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a FP&A Manager - Financial Systems. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, supporting FP&A initiatives and enhancing system performance. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with finance strategy including modeling, forecasting, and budgeting coupled with a strong grasp of EPM applications. Responsibilities: * Hyperion Planning Administration * Own and manage the Hyperion Planning environment, including system maintenance, data integrity, and user training * Guide strategic direction and oversee ongoing administration of Hyperion Planning and related EPM systems * Data Management & Reporting * Develop and maintain source files and processes for efficient, accurate data collection and reporting * Prepare quarterly financial reports to support the earnings release process * FP&A Support & Strategic Analysis * Contribute to FP&A system improvement projects and process enhancements. * Conduct financial and strategic analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership * Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide performance insights * Business Intelligence & Benchmarking * Gain deep understanding of segment operations and business drivers to identify improvement opportunities * Perform competitor analysis and external benchmarking to inform strategic decisions * Collaborate on ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis across Segment and Resource Units Qualifications: Education Required: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience Required: * 4+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting or other quantitative roles * 4+ years experience analyzing financial statements * Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel * Experience with Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle EMP applications preferred * Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborate team mindset
