Responsibilities:
* Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
* Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
* Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
* Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
* Will have to process cash and credit card transactions for guests and employees while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
* Stock food, beverage and paper goods.
* Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work space and dining room.
* Comply with PPE standards.
* Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
* Responsible for taking orders, expediting food and food delivery for our guests.
* Preparation of sauces, cold sides and stocking of paper goods.
* Proper opening and closing procedures as directed by your supervisor and manager.
* Expected to work Take 2 and concessions.
* Will work special events, as needed.
* Other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent
* Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
* Must enjoy hosting others.
* Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
* Good oral communication skills, ability to understand and follow direction.
* Must have ability to work as a team.
* Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
* Must be able to navigate a point of sale system.
* Must be able to pass background check.
* Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.
* Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
