Responsibilities:
Position Summary
This position is responsible for FGFD OGPC Business development across MSA's International region mainly focusing on the Oil, gas, petrochemical markets to grow MSA's share and customers' satisfaction. This position should be heavily engaged to accomplish the following:
The position will coordinate with all stake holder for the cross-border projects and ensure implementation of MSA/GM rule of engagement and do all conflict management ensuring the global policy of open communication of MSA
Identify and track projects after the FID (final investment decision) is made and connect with the PRE-FEED, FEED, DESIGN CONSULTANT, F&G MAPPING solution provider in coordination with various sales manager across the international region.
The position will work with the sales team/FGFD sales leaders to monitor and track the projects, measure the development and coordinate between various stakeholder across International to increase the win probability for MSA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leads generation:
* actively support marketing activities related to leads generation, which might include, but not limited: Virtual or F2F Exhibitions, webinars, etc.
* use digital tool to seek for potential contacts, project, and market information.
* be active supporting on brand awareness activities on digital platform, social media, and any other company tools available.
* Identify potential active project and create a defined roadmap of early engagement with the stakeholders
Projects:
* Support local sales team maintaining and developing relationships with major international/domestic FEED, system integrators and EPC Contractors, related to O&G market.
* Find, collect and track project information through and every stage of FEED, Basic Design, Detailed Design to show our system capabilities and products criteria.
* Projects follow up and reporting.
* Tracking with Sales Force CRM for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical segment.
Sales activities and support:
* Build pipeline from a long-term perspective.
* Engage with Inside sales and sales team for critical input.
* Clearly define and understand subsegment and focus on those segments where there are maximum investment and activity.
* Utilize and integrate with the FGFD front end sales team and FGFD sales leader.

Others:
* Provide constant feedback on the energy markets and provide active actions on new potential business in the area..
* Keep updated with the FGFD technical knowledge. Connect across different part of MSA like Marketing and Service to keep the knowledge and application ideas refreshed relevant.
* Keep the business updated with competitor activity and market intelligence.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop business relationship and connect the dots between various locations of FEED and EPC across international.
* Undertake project work as and when required with engineering department and aftersales team to ensure accounts' satisfaction
Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience
* Bachelor's degree or above with a major in engineering, instruments, basic science or equivalent required.
* 10+ years' experience in automation /instruments sales and international key account development.
* 5+ foreign company working experience with excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
* CRM sales force knowledge or experience
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
* Proven sales and management background in automation/instruments market and gas detection application.
* Highly effective leadership, management, and communication skills. Should have vibrant learning curve and adaptability to new way of thinking and approaches.
* Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering results.
* Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in high-pressure environment.
* Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
