Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.
* Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
* Assist with set-up & tear down for each concert; within the F&B Department as needed.
* Responsible for beverage service for guests or beverage/food servers in the assigned venue.
* Must be able to perform efficiently and accurately in a high-volume venue.
* Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
* Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
* Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.
* Assisting in other F&B duties as assigned.
* Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
* Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age.
* We will provide any necessary training for this position.
* Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
* Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
* Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
* Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
