Responsibilities:
* Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards
* Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
* Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
* Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled
* Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system.
* Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
* Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
* Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

* Must be 18 years of age.
* We will provide any necessary training for this position.
* Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. - Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
* Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
* Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner. - Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
* Must have basic computer knowledge.
* Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
* Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
* Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
