Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests.
Essential Functions
- Supply guests with information on services available on property
- Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables
- Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions
- Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions
- Comply with all health and safety standards
- Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
- May have to access gaming systems
- Attend meetings as scheduled
- Other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires excellent communication and guest service skills
- Requires cash handling experience and basic math ability
- Some knowledge of food service procedures
- Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public
- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
