Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Replenishes paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars.
* Assists bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars filling ice bins, etc.
* Stocks bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes and non-alcoholic beverages: soda juices, and carbon dioxide at bars using FiFO rotation system.
* Makes certain change slips and drop envelopes are available at each bar.
* Stocks liquor room with all supplies.
* Ensures beverages are properly stocked before, during, and after shift: Berg liquor system, kegs of beer, wine, soda, and CO2.
* Maintains cleanliness and organization of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweeps, mops, breaks down boxes, and takes out the trash.
* Removes all empty kegs from coolers and places in proper storage area.
* Cleans all spills immediately and puts out wet floor signs. Removes bar mats and cleans nightly.
* Notifies Food and Beverage management when supplies are running low.
* Completes side work completely and correctly.
* Knows bar brands available: alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
* Completes change runs for bartenders.
* Assists bartenders and cocktail servers in servicing guests when needed.
* Other duties as required to maintain cleanliness.
* Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.
Qualifications:
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English.
* Excellent customer service/communication skills.
* Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
* Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
* Able to work in constricting areas.
* Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 100 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
