Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Primary Care Physician (FM) interested in joining our busy Express Primary Care Clinic in beautiful Half Moon Bay, CA. We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
* Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions in both scheduled and walk-in visits.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
Treatment Planning and Management
* Prescribe medications, monitor treatment effectiveness, and provide preventive care and health education.
* Offer follow-up care and ensure continuity across the care journey.
Procedures
* Perform minor in-office procedures such as wound care, joint injections, abscess drainage, and similar interventions.
* Provide appropriate pre- and post-procedural care in alignment with clinical protocols.
Collaboration and Consultation
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
* Participate in team-based care coordination and regular clinic meetings.
* Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all patient encounters.
Quality, Compliance, and Professional Development
* Contribute to quality improvement efforts and track clinical outcomes for ongoing enhancement.
* Comply with ethical standards, healthcare regulations, and documentation guidelines.
* Engage in continuous learning and stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Active California state medical license and DEA registration
* BE/BC in Family Medicine
* Strong clinical skills and experience working with all ages
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
* Spanish proficiency a plus
* Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for the unique needs of elderly patients
