Role IntroductionAs our new Senior Consultant - Google Workspace, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through end-to-end digital workplace transformations that modernize collaboration, strengthen security, and enhance governance.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, and project teams to ensure each solution is technically robust, strategically aligned, and successfully adopted. Your expertise will directly influence business performance, user experience, and long-term digital maturity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Google Workspace implementation, migration, and optimization projects from discovery to delivery
* Design secure, scalable collaborative architectures aligned with industry best practices
* Advise clients on security, governance, compliance, and identity management strategies
* Facilitate technical workshops, discovery sessions, and environment assessments
* Support user adoption and change management initiatives to maximize business value
* Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape solution design and project estimations
* Ensure high-quality delivery, clear documentation, and effective knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
Essential:
* Strong expertise in implementing and administering Google Workspace environments
* Deep knowledge of Google Admin Console, security configurations, and compliance controls
* Experience with identity and access management, including SSO, federation, and directory synchronization
* Proven ability to lead technical workshops and strategic conversations with enterprise clients
* Consulting mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience delivering digital transformation or digital workplace projects in cloud environments
* Solid background supporting change management during migrations and new solution rollouts
Desirable:
* Official Google Workspace certifications, such as Professional Google Workspace Administrator
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, including coexistence or migration scenarios
* Experience leading large-scale migration initiatives
* Knowledge of automation or scripting tools such as Apps Script, GAM, or APIs
