As a Junior Sales Operations, you will support the end-to-end (E2E) sales process within the Multivendor (non-Microsoft) business. You will work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to manage renewals, RFQs, vendor coordination and operational activities across the full sales lifecycle. In this role, you ensure structured execution of internal processes and timely handling of requests in line with agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities 

* Own and manage RFQs, renewals and opportunity coordination together with Account Managers, contributing to customer retention and growth
* Coordinate vendor and distributor pricing, renewal quotations and licensing-related cost estimates, identifying opportunities to improve deal margins (e.g. deal registrations or expansions)
* Ensure smooth order processing, backorder management and invoicing support 
* Create quotes, process orders and handle customer/partner requests in the internal CRM (Navision experience is an advantage)
* Act as operational partner to Account Managers (BDMs) and collaborate closely with Delivery Centers and Headquarters to ensure efficient handling of requests in line with agreed SLAs 
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and prospects, communicating daily in English with Headquarters and suppliers
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements across the sales lifecycle 

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar Sales Operations role; customer management experience is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of vendor licensing processes is beneficial 
* Ability to manage multiple parallel opportunities independently 
* Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong multitasking skills 
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions 
* Motivation to further develop expertise within licensing and multivendor operations
