Responsibilities:

We are looking for a person to join our sales team in a combined sales and administration role with a focus on the Public sector.

What will your job description look like: 

* Perform sales administrative tasks with collaboration with account manager,
* The position involves processing documents for ordering/delivering products and services, onboarding new customers and customer systems,
* Working closely with the sales team, particularly on processing requirements for the creation of quotations and contracts,
* Handling debt collection, reminding debtors,
* Providing administrative support for invoicing on a regular basis,
* Routine email and telephone communication with customers and suppliers,
* Attending meetings and calls, participating in company presentations to customers,
* Support and analysis of our marketing activities, workshops and seminars in relation to customers (in collaboration with our marketing team),
* Global collaboration across SoftwareOne with specific supporting teams.

Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar position (Sales Team Assistant, Executive Sales Support, Junior Key Account),
* Sense of order and focus on defined goals,
* Proficiency in working in tandem/smaller teams, but also working independently,
* Proficient Czech,
* Knowledge of English language at a communicative level (internal communication),
* MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
* Interpersonal skills via telephone,
* Willingness to learn new things and develop your knowledge and "common sense".
